Country Ballerina
Her name is Cora. She taught herself ballet after accidentally stumbling into a picture-show in town while her mom cleaned in the back rooms when she was 7 years old. Now at 17 Cora’s ballerina skills are remarkable. She routinely dances while during chores effortlessly executing ballet moves proven to be most difficult for even trained ballerinas.

Playground Legends
Smoother than peanut butter, cold as ice. Not in the NBA, but just as nice. They call him the Navigator because he could find that circle, flea-like abilities with a 50’ vertical.

Street Ball
No court, no problem. A garage can on the steps, a bike rim with spokes nailed to a tree, or a milk crate tied to a pole. Let’s get it in, we’re all goin’ pro. Right!!

Noontime Blues
The (Blues Man) is what we called him – you could always find him in front of the barbershop or sometimes at the corner store. They say he used to play with the BB King.

Church
While visiting my mother in the early 90’s I noticed a closet full of church crowns. I asked her if I could borrow some of them for a painting I wanted to create. This is what I came up with, unfortunately she passed away before I finished. I think she would have approved as well as enjoyed this piece.

Quilt Night
As a child I remember visiting my grandmother in Louisiana. I watched her work on one of the beautiful quilts she used to create. As an adult I watched my mother do the same. I have two quilts from my grandma and four from my mother. I cherish them like gold.

The 76th POTUS
In the year 2627, President Quincee Abayomi descended from PSS1 (the presidential space station) to address the WC09 (world council of 9, the existing superpowers) in celebration of the 400th year anniversary of The Great African American Revolution of 2227 that eventually changed the world's laws, structures, and values.
The Chicago uprising of 2225 started the revolution after more than 300 African American men were slaughtered by US government officials disguised as rival gang members in an attempt to self-destruct the black community. To the pendulum reverse swing in the 24th century that brought forth change by the rewriting of the Constitution, the acceleration of science and medicine began. All from the descendants of those same brave African Americans that all agreed collectively that economic power and not weapons would be the key to their absolute freedom!
